Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
I am not in network with any insurance companies. If you decide to enter into counseling with me, you will need to provide credit card information, and will be billed my session rates based on length of session. I will then bill electronically as an OON provider on your behalf. You may, at that point, be able to receive some reimbursement directly from your insurance company depending on your OON benefits from your specific plan/OON deductible being met.
How do I make an appointment?
Reaching out for help can be hard! When you are ready, you can reach me via phone or email. I am happy to set up a free, 15 minute consultation call to hear your needs and ensure that we are the right fit.
What can I expect from my first appointment?
Your first appointment will last approximately 90 minutes and is divided into two parts. The first 45 minutes focus on intake, where we will discuss your background, concerns, and what brings you to therapy. This helps us gain a better understanding of your needs and expectations.
The second 45 minutes will be dedicated to a values sort exercise. This activity helps identify what matters most to you, providing a foundation for setting meaningful therapy goals. By exploring your values, we can tailor your therapy journey to align with what is truly important to you.
